Ralph, a Partner and Director is the driving force inside Elliott Cove Capital Management, and he believes that at the end of the day, his job is to ensure each and every client receives the absolute best Elliott Cove has to offer. Nothing overlooked, nothing taken for granted, always putting the clients’ needs before the firm’s.
Ralph’s professional experience has prepared him with a diverse and unique set of experiences and skills, allowing him to bring a global perspective to a locally owned and managed Capital Management firm. Prior to joining Elliott Cove Capital, Mr. Chiocco was a regional manager for First Union / Wachovia Bank in the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He has held multiple positions within the investment industry, specifically with Wheat First Securities, First Union Securities and Wachovia Securities. Prior to his experience in banking and investments, Mr. Chiocco … was a Country Manager in Latin America within the shipping and transportation industry.
Ralph graduated from La Salle Military Academy in New York, and later taught Leadership Excellence to the Reserve Officers Training Corp of the US Army at the University of South Alabama and at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama where he received a B.A. degree. Mr. Chiocco remains extremely active in the community and currently serves on several boards and holds leadership positions for several non-profit organizations.
In his free time Ralph loves to cook or jump on his motorcycle for the day. But most weekends you’ll find him on a family adventure, like camping, hiking or biking.
Vice President, Investments
Willi is our Vice President of Investments. He is responsible for overall sales management and account development and education within our partner banks. He is our cheerleader when it comes to conveying calm in turbulent times and a beacon of hope in the storm. Willi has been embedded in Elliott Cove since its infancy.
Prior to Elliott Cove, Will spent thirteen years at PMG Securities as a Senior Account Executive where he worked extensively with the Washington State Retirement Systems.
Willi holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Economics and Finance. He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP ®)and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designations.
When not calming clients and educating our advisers he finds quality family time with his wife Dawna and his two girls, Maria and Olivia. You might find him out with the cows or playing the accordian at Swiss events. He is active in his community on the Stanwood-Camano Community Fair Board and as the President of the Tacoma Swiss Park.
Nikki is not only our operational conscience, she is a pro, one that will always take the call and listen.
She is a proven and qualified Financial Planner and Advisor. She has worked at major financial institutions and consulted to businesses in the US Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program. On any given day Nikki will support our organization ensuring best practice and procedures, rigorous accounting, control policy monitoring and regional office oversight, benefiting the community banks, businesses, and individuals we serve.
Ms. Whittle discovered early her penchant for the financial industry and business management while studying at Washington State University and Seattle University, where she received her Accounting Degree, while always a relevant and steady focus on emerging office systems.
Nikki’s professional experience covers over 20 years, and found her leading or assisting small businesses, minority-owned businesses, start-ups and non-profit organizations throughout the Northwest, which today provides her an invaluable perspective and understanding, and allows her to apply that experience supporting each of our clients and the ultimate mission here at Elliott Cove Capital management, treating no one client as more valued than another.
Her personal time is typically spent outdoors.” I love to ski, swim, row, run and ride bicycles. I love photography, gardening and, other creative pursuits.” She lives in Seattle with her husband Alfred and her two cats Thunder & Whimsy

Nik was born and raised on the shores of the Puget Sound. He pursued his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona, where is received his bachelor’s degree in finance. While attending university, he was a junior analyst at a local registered investment advisory firm. After graduation, Nik was an associate at Dimensional Fund Advisers, a major asset manager in Southern California. At Dimensional, he played a vital role in pursuing new clients, helping advisers navigate the financial markets, and assisting advisors in building out their asset allocations.
At Elliott Cove Capital Management Nik works a dual role as an account executive and sales and investment specialist. He earned his CFP® and looks forward to using it helping his own clients and providing investment advice to our investment advisers.
Outside of the office you can find him at the gym, on the water or in the mountains. When working from his home office in Tacoma he shares office space with his cat he rescued from a Walmart parking lot while attending college in Arizona.
