Victor Ruiz is Senior Vice President of Operations for Elliott Cove Capital Management. Prior to Elliott Cove, Mr. Ruiz was Vice President of Operations for Economic Investment Advisors, Inc.
Mr. Ruiz was also Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for W.E. Donoghue and Co, a registered investment advisor located in the Boston, MA area. From 1979 to 1995, Mr. Ruiz held various sales and operation management positions at AT&T. Mr. Ruiz holds a B.S. in Accounting with Minors in Management & Industrial Relations from Colorado State University.
